What this website is
A description of our manufacturing capability, and a way to send us a request for quotation. It is not a shop, and nothing published here is an offer to sell.
Product, equipment and specification information
The dies, machines, materials, tolerances and processes described here are shown to give you a fair idea of what we can do. Machine lists and specifications change as equipment is added or replaced, and what is achievable on a particular part depends on that part.
Nothing on this site is a warranty that a specific result can be achieved on your component. The answer for your part comes with your quotation, in writing.
Quotations and orders
Sending a request for quotation does not create a contract. It is an invitation for us to quote.
A contract exists only once we have issued a written quotation and you have accepted it in writing, or where a separate supply agreement between us provides otherwise. Prices, lead times and capacity stated in a quotation are valid for the period that quotation gives.
What you send us
By uploading a drawing or specification you confirm that you are entitled to share it with us — that it is yours, or that whoever owns it has allowed you to send it for quotation. Please do not upload anything you are not permitted to share.
We treat what you send as confidential: it is used to review your enquiry and quote for it, and for nothing else. The Privacy Policy describes how it is stored. If your project needs a non-disclosure agreement in place first, tell us and we will sign one before you send anything.
Our content
The text, photographs, drawings, diagrams and layout of this site belong to OKSAN PRECISION CO., LTD. You are welcome to read them, print them and share a link to a page. You may not republish them as your own work, use our photographs of our tooling or our facility in your own material, or copy the site.
Some photographs show work made for customers and are published with their approval. They are not an offer to reproduce that customer’s part for anyone else.
Availability
We try to keep this site available and correct, but we do not promise that it will always be reachable or free of error, and we may change or withdraw anything on it without notice.
Links to other websites
Where we link to another organisation’s website, we are not responsible for its content.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability for anything arising from your use of this website — as distinct from a contract we have signed with you — is limited to what the law requires.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
