OKSAN PRECISION CO., LTD. operates this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect through it, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to meet Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

What we collect
Everything we collect, you give us on purpose. There is no account to create here and nothing to buy.
The Request for Quotation form — the only form on this site. It asks for your company name, contact name, business email, telephone number, project type, target delivery date, a description of your project, and a drawing or specification file.
Server records — our web server keeps standard access logs: IP address, browser, pages requested and the time of the request. These are a by-product of running a website rather than something we ask you for.
Why we collect it
To read your enquiry, assess whether we can make what you need, and reply with a quotation. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it to send you marketing you did not ask for.
The lawful basis is your own request: you send us an enquiry so that we can take steps before entering into a contract with you.
Your drawings and specifications
Files you upload through the quotation form are used to review your enquiry and prepare a quotation, and for nothing else.
They are stored on this website’s server in a directory that cannot be reached from the web — a direct link to an uploaded file is refused — and can be opened only by signed-in OKSAN staff. We do not pass them to third parties.
If your project requires a non-disclosure agreement before you send anything, tell us and we will sign one first.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie, pll_language, which remembers whether you are reading in Thai, English or Korean. It expires after one year and holds nothing but the language code.
Nothing on this site builds a profile of you or follows you to other websites.
Other companies involved
Google Maps. The Contact page embeds a map from Google. Opening that page loads the map, and Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. What Google does with that is covered by Google’s own privacy policy, not by this one.
Our hosting provider stores the website and its data on our behalf.
Nobody else receives your data unless the law requires us to disclose it.
How long we keep it
Quotation enquiries and the files attached to them are kept for 24 months after our last contact with you about that enquiry, and are then deleted. Server access logs are kept for a shorter period as part of ordinary server maintenance.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, stop using it, give you a copy in a portable form, or withdraw a consent you have given. Write to sales@oksan.co.th and we will answer within 30 days.
If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
